The first Yanmar BY installation in a motor yacht application is for Westwood Marine Limited based in Nottinghamshire. The Westwood A38, a luxurious aft cabin motor yacht built in the traditional style is to be fitted with the new Yanmar BY 150hp engines. The A38 was previously fitted with a Yanmar 4LH HTP 160hp engine. Westwood were impressed with the pedigree of the Yanmar engines and were keen to try out these new high performance engines. All Westwood’s boats are finished to the highest standards of engineering, and fitout using only the best products and finest materials.
